At Chardon Gate Stables, your horse’s comfort, safety, and happiness come first. Our 16+ acres of quiet countryside provide the perfect environment for rest, training, and recreation. With attentive, experienced caretakers and thoughtfully designed facilities, we ensure every horse receives the individualized attention they deserve.

Our amenities include:

Spacious 12x12 stalls with stall-door windows

Radiant heat throughout the stall area

Daily turnout (7:30am–3:30pm, weather permitting) in large grass paddocks

Free-choice hay and grain twice daily (custom feed and supplements provided upon request)

Blanketing and fly sheets included

Three arenas with brand-new footing (2024): one large indoor and two large outdoor

Trail access and on-site trails (in development)

Trainer lives on site

Fire detection system and 24-hour security cameras
Boarding Options
Boarding rates include all of the above care and amenities:

$890/month – Stall Board

$400/month – Pasture Board +$100/month for access to arenas, trails, and storage if needed
Additional Services
For those seeking extra support or convenience, we offer:

Professional body clipping and grooming

Farrier and veterinary appointment scheduling and handling

Training rides and lunging (including Pessoa system)

Health Requirements
For the health and safety of all horses on-site, boarders must provide:

Annual negative Coggins test

Proof of current vaccinations
